Swim Moves’ debut album ‘Thought Dog’ is mind’s best friend.

(SM) BROOKLYN, NY— Everyone deserves a faithful companion in 2020. Swim Moves’ ‘Thought Dog’ will sit, rollover, party, and reflect.

Assembled by trading digital files over the Appalachian Mountains, Swim Moves (Mike Lautenschlager and Rob Kenagy) find their home in a pop-drone current on a bed of junked beats. ‘Thought Dog’ — their first and best LP — maintains the duo’s sense of humor and punk aesthetic. Sometimes, it slaps. Other times, it slops. Wag yer tail.
